Q. Have you been in business long as I don't want to hire a cowboy?
A. I've been in the plumbing business for over 16 years and most of my work is around the area of north east Lincolnshire. I am very happy for you to contact my customers for references. |
Q. Are you insured?
A. I have £2 million public liability insurance. |
Q. Can you work with oil and gas appliances?
A. I am an OFTEC engineer and so can work with all oil appliances, unfortuanately I cannot work with gas appliances. |
Q. Do you charge a call out fee?
A. No. Estimates are free and non-obligatory, but due to the size of the area I cover, I do try to limit quotes for smaller jobs to a small area from where I am based. |
Q. Do your prices include materials?
A. The prices I quote will be for labour and materials only unless you have asked for materials to be included in the price. |
Q. Do you have all the right tools?
A. Yes. I come fully equipped for a quality job, but a cuppa coffee at the start would be nice if it's a long job!

Q. Are you a company or do you work alone?
A. I work alone. Which means that you will always know exactly who will coming to carry out the job on hand. It will be me you talk to on the phone and I will be doing the work. |
